Capacity

Fish Receiving: 60 tonnes/day

Processing: 40 tonnes /shift

Product Range: Fresh chilled, ultra-low temperature frozen, CO and filtered smoke treated, and standard blast frozen.
Blast freezing:
  43 tonnes/day

Ice production: 127 tonnes/day

Water Desalination: 280 tonnes/day

Private harbour

With the advantage of a private harbor and direct access, our facility streamlines the transfer of tuna from boat to production, minimizing handling, preserving quality, and enhancing operational efficiency.

By reducing wait times for boats selling their catch to us, fishers can spend more time fishing during peak season, significantly increasing their earnings.

Cold chain

Our cold chain starts the moment tuna is captured, ensuring immediate temperature control. We produce fresh and saltwater flake and shell ice, supplying our vessels throughout their journeys.

With advanced climate control, sensors, and redundancy systems, our cold rooms and blast freezers maintain precise temperatures, preserving freshness and quality.

Equipment

We’ve invested in world-class machinery to ensure precision and quality at every stage of production. From power generation and ice plants to freezers, chillers, processing, and packaging equipment, we use advanced technology to maintain efficiency and control throughout the process.
